A collection of plein air landscapes and interior paintings based on four consecutive residencies in Tuscany. The title plays on "Siena", the province in Italy and "Sienna" the color, a fundamental staple in an artist's palette, as well as the color of the earth in southern Tuscany. The paintings on linen and panel range in scale from the portable, intimate studies done on site to the larger more intensive paintings created upon return to the studio. These will be shown next to Kenny Harris' paintings from these residencies.
